Seth's Testimony
Hi, I’m Seth. I got saved in the
first grade and was a good kid. After I got
into junior high school, though, I started wondering what the
world
had for me and I got to find that out in high school. I
involved myself in parties, drugs and sex because it seemed like
too much fun to stay away from. Everything became about me.
In
high school I started trafficking drugs and hanging with the
popular crowd, yet living life like everything was normal.
Eventually, levels in my brain became imbalanced due to drug
usage and I became
 anxious and depressed to the point of wanting
to die.
My time finally came on October 10,
2008 when I took enough drugs and my heart stopped beating. My
sister found me, and her intervention saved my life; I detoxed
in the hospital and then came immediately to Teen Challenge.
God
has since changed my life. I am back in His will with a
repentant, rededicated heart and I couldn’t imagine being
anywhere else. I now have peace and happiness in my life that no
drug could produce!
